    Unable to connect to scan or read the oem tune file(2016 Ford Explorer Sport)

    Not sure what is going on but trying to read the oem tune file to be able to start tuning or get a datalog and get error messages unable to connect due to vehicle protocol not detected.

    Any help is appreciated

    I put in a ticket on this as I couldn't find anyone with the same issue on the platform with a solution nor did anything I read work. :-(
