2019 F150, Turbo, E85, Torque based decel during WOT

ISSUE: pulling timing during a pull and torque source says (torque based decel)
2019 F150, On3 turbo, dw95s, e85, 4wd
When rolling into the throttle everything seems fine, but when leaving from a stop, after the 1/2 shift the torque source says torque based decel, and it pulls all the timing out of the tune and goes lean, eventually by 5th gear it comes back. Anyone ran into this issue? Here is the log and tune file

Took a quick glance, your desired load doesn't go above 1.0 possibly because you have map max delta above baro pressure set to 0 under your speed density tab. Could be the PCM trying to limit the torque using enleanment/spark/TB.

disable spark adder and flex fuel and start tune on E85 stoich with low spark advance
