Red face 2003, 5.3 added BTR stage 4.... oops not enough experiance here.....

yes I've used HP tuners for about 5 years.... VAT, Tranny changes, etc... all little minor stuff... this one is a little out of my hands. I've got it so it idles okay... It appears that the trims are working.... but no champain for the performance.

    stock engine,
    stock injectors
3 angle grind on the heads
    SS plenum
and then the springs and stuff that go with the BTR stage 4 kit.

here is a log file and the file I've messed together.

HELP... if you can :-) It idles, pretty well, sitting it revs up...sounds really nice

it has no power, wants to die.

    thanks in advance

    Oh my...
This log is a mess and I'm not sure what data can be trusted.
You are logging different sensors for the same thing, sometimes one report sometimes both.

Let pretend the data in the attachment is correct. At idle your are rich as hell on one bank, lean as hell on the other (not just this snap shot, consistently)...
Then you get on the throttle and both go equal lean.
Your mas airflow reports 1.6gs of airflow, that can't be right.

Work on getting a good log so people can help

You indicated that the engine is a 5.3L, but the cylinder vol in the tune file is calibrated for a 6.0L engine.

Do you have the exhaust connected? It's adding a lot of fuel on the passenger bank. That typically indicates a bad exhaust leak (or no exhaust connected), or a misfire or bad oxygen sensor. Occasionally, you'll see the oxygen sensor connectors swapped bank to bank as well. That could very well be the case.

Tune also still has all the transmission related DTC's and abuse mode turned off, that needs to be off.

And get larger injectors asap, the stockers are way too small.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

This is honestly a decently advanced build to tune for.. Not rocket science but... you are definitely jumping right in the fire.

Have you looked at some of the online tuning training schools? A email tuner might be a good idea to get you going too.. you can watch the progress as you send logs/tunes back and forth.

Log appears to be better, but I see the same think.

Look at your o2 on bank 2 sensor 1 it never moves more than a few points idling or on throttle
Bank 1 sensor 1 moves normal on throttle, but pegs high on idle
Rear o2's never venture far from .450

This matches what your fuel trims are doing as I mentioned before
Did you check out the things Kevin suggested?

Rear o2's are connected but are just hanging in the air.no exhaust leaks

What one thing could I do, change to get idle?

What do your front o2's read key on engine off?

I guess you could swap o2 side to side and see if the behavior follows
Right now it looks like bank (2) o2 is dead
