Twin Turbo Hellcat PE

Hello,

I have a 2016 Twin turbo hellcat that we gutted the supercharger. We are having trouble getting the car to go into power enrich. The throttle Torque source shows Thermal Protection, but not sure if that is any key as to why we cannot get the car to go into PE. With NN off we can get the car to go to the correct lambda, but it will still be targeting 1.0 so the trims obviously show very off.

Any one have any ideas?
