Hello, customer came to mexico with a 2014 ford 6.7 powerstroke with all the def taken off but he had the mini maxx tuner on it so it didnt go into limp mode but something happened here with the tuner device and now it stays in limp mode tried reprogram it with mini maxx butit doesnt go through any help would be appreciated
