Throttle closing above 2 bar edelbrock magnum

Im working on a tune for a forged 5.7 edelbrock magnum and when we switched to the party pulley the car seems to hit some kind of a limit once it gets around 14.5lb boost and will force the throttle closed and open to reduce pressure. Car is already running a 3 bar MAP, is there anything in the tune that can be done to prevent this or should I try something like a Map clamp? Already upgraded to a hellcat TB in case the stock TB was the issue but no luck.

Before spending money on a MAP Clamp go into

    Engine Diagnostics
    Airflow
    Manifold Absolute Pressure Senor
    Max MAP

Set your Max MAP to 195 kPa and see if that fixes the problem.

Early ECU's have an upper limit of 14-15 psi of boost. By setting your Max MAP to 195kPa it acts as a pressure clamp as best as my experience as told me.
