Rotate track map

Is there a way to have a static track map, but rotate its orientation?

It looks like you can flip horizontally or vertically or both using the "Flip Image" drop down at the bottom of the Display Object Properties. I don't see a way to rotate an arbitrary number of degrees though. Hopefully that will be close enough for what you're looking for.

You can rotate static images with the "Edit Background" button near the top of the Display Object Properties, but those options are all disabled for the Track Maps.
