L29, 0411 swap, problem with running rich on start up

Hi , i have a L29 454, 0411 swap, mercruiser magnum cam ( tow cam ) 9.8:1 compression, wondering if i can get some advice , every time it starts , hot or cold, it runs rich for 5-10 seconds until it clears, the injectors & pressure regulator are not leaking. If i lower the numbers on the start VE & VE tables at idle, a fair bit , it starts good , but stalls when its put in to gear. not sure how to reduce cranking fuel delivery. Thanks

Which injectors is this vehicle running?
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

Is all the injector data correct then?

I ask because that tune says 23lb/hr and not 19hr/lb. I don't have a stock tune with 19lb/hr data to look at, at the moment.

If other parts of the data are wrong, that can cause weird fueling problems.
