Question [Help] Unable to disable Exhaust Rumble

    Hello guys,

i am the owner of a 2014 C7 equipped with OEM NPP exhaust.
having installed catless long tube headers and leaving home at 6 in the morning, i would like to not wake up everybody.

Even if i start the car in "eco" for like half second on startup the valves are open before close, this feature is called "rumble start" and it's enabled in every mode.

So i went in the rumble start table and replaced all the 1 (enabled) to 0 (disabled) in every mode.
After saving and flashing the tune, it keeps starting up with the rumble, and it is confirmed as well on the logs i did.

    Anyone knows why?

    Thanks

    Alessio

Do you have the toggle "Default Exhaust Valve State" option? If you do for your year, try changing it from open to closed.

Usually disabling the rumble in the mode is the fix, but the 2014's were a little different than the later years. I've never messed with the 2014 CCM for exhaust settings. Only 2015+. In the newer models only Sport and Track startup with rumble enabled.
