New to tuning where can i learn

Hello i bought hp tuners mainly for doing vats deletes but would like to learn about tuning. I have 2002 gmc savana 5.0 that i'd like to tune for a bit more power no engine modifications but just tune it a bit for more power any body got a suggestion what way for me to go thanks

I started on youtube. Goat Rope Garage and Chopperdoc were the best two of the masses (to me anyway)
