15-17 eco boost mustang, tune adjustment for catless dp

Have one I tuned a while back and the customer just swapped to catless down pipe today and he mentioned the car feels weaker in the low and and midrange. I haven?t tuned for catless on these yet, besides the disabling of cot what else should be tweaked to regain the low and mid range? Is it normal for them to feel slower without making some changes ?

    with less backpressure/restriction

technically its making less boost on same tune (boost measure of restriction)

now you will need to adjust boost and fueling and timing
