Binary to HPT Conversion

Does anyone know how much the unlimited .bin to .hpt converter is from HPT?

there is no unlimited .bin to .hpt converter, only single conversions.

If you're in a pinch and need something immediately you can open your bin with efi-live and then manually copy paste the data across to HPT. About 30mins of your time and superhuman intense concentration is required. Last time I counted a GM E67 had about 1500 odd tables, scalars & flags that would need to be checked, verified and merged.

The easiest way is pay for the hpt service. If you're super keen and are interested, build a bench harness and buy a ECM. Then dig the net for an open source flash tool to write the binary file to the ECM. Then read out with HPT, license the file and tune away.

Yes, hence the super human strength concentration remark. It can be done. Excel will transpose the tables.
