tuning with o2's

I was wondering if someone could help get this tune to where I can use the o2's to tune up to part throttle? I have a friend who just picked up this cammed truck. (Cam unknown) It barely idles until it warms up. He does not have a wideband yet so o2's is all we have. This is my first attempt at a gen 3. Im thinking; disable MAF, LTFT, DFCO, COT, and set the DTC's. Anything im missing here?
