e67 LSA e85 hard start and surging idle

Camaro ZL1 Built LSA, ported stock blower, 2.45 upper/9.17 lower, btr stage 3 cam, ID 1300 injectors, 105 throttle body, BR9ES plugs (occasionally runs 200 shot). Tune is in Maf only right now. I have tried a number of things but can't seem to get this to start without stalling a few times and then still idles rough/surges. Here is my last attempt and a log. I set the cranking fuel table back to stock for this attempt but have tried it with 20 and 40% fuel added with no success. Maybe I'm missing something simple here but any help is appreciated.

first off, why is your stoich AFR commanding 30 with 0% Ethanol, and 18 with 100%?

also why is your Low octane timing Much Higher than your High octane table, you should just highlight your entire HO table and pull 4-6 degrees from the whole table and make that your Low Octane table. Ive looked at 3-4 tables, and they're all scary horrible... You make the changes to this file? I really hope you didnt pay someone for this

He has doubled his stoich and halved his injector flow rate so that he doesn't exceed the 127lb flow rate limit on the ECM, that part looks fine.
