Green Boxes when copying DTCs?

Can someone explain how green boxes work when copying DTCs from one tune to another or direct me to a link that offers an explanation?

You mean, when comparing? That indicates there is a difference between the files for that DTC. It doesn't allow you to see what the setting is in the compare file, but if you cycle thru the options the green box will go away when they match.
