Auto start/stop feature

Have a customer wanting auto start/stop disabled on a 2015 malibu 2.5 ecotec. Does toggling engine to Non-hybrid disable this? have read multiple threads without a definite answer. Thanks for your time.

So to my very limited knowledge, there are multiple factors for Auto stop/start. I believe you only have to change one and that can be ECT, min speed, etc. I know that trifecta tuning does a disable with there tune flashing package, so it's definitely possible. it is not possible with hybrid setting.
there is an enable ECT in the file, but not available via HPT

Thanks for the input.He ended up purchasing the trifecta tune that you mentioned.
