392 Scat Pack Engine Swap Rewriting Old PCM

I have a 2006 Chrysler 300C. I have a 2018 Scat Pack engine that I am swapping. A couple people have done this but it requires a 2009 to 2010 PCM from a 5.7 car along with other modifications. I have located a PCM from a 2009 Charger RT. I however do not know the VIN of the donor car. Will my HP TUNERS allow me to rewrite my VIN into the 2009 PCM? Will run into any issues with the SKIM or ignition security keys?

Hptuners will not change the vin, you'll need to use a j2534 tool or run the "pcm replaced" procedure in the WCM with the factory scan tool which requires the key pin from the dealer.
