Accidently Chose "Write Entire", Did I mess anything up?

I used my MPVI2+ for the first time on my 2017 Corvette Z06. I have 2 different tunes I switch between depending what fuel I'm running. Someone was helping me out who claimed to know what they're doing. Unfortunately they told me to select "write entire" when writing the tune onto the ecu. Doing research I now know I should have selected "write calibration" instead. My service parking brake light is now on. For the most part the car seems to drive ok, maybe the rpm's drop a little slower when shifting between gears. My question is did I screw something up by selecting "write entire"? Did anything get erased that my tuner will need to go in and re-adjust? What exactly does "write entire" do?

By operating system, you mean in the ecu correct? It's not making any changes to the operating system It's just re-writing it correct?

By operating system I mean operating system. But if you are writing the same os over the os its like writing windows 10 over windows 10.
