    Knock Spike Part Throttle

    Ok gentlemen, I have looked but I cannot find an answer to my question/problem. We are experiencing some weird part throttle knock that is very extreme. I have tried ti induce pe fueling to help but to no avail. Any help is appreciated. Bolt ons with high flow cats. 3k stall. Stage 1 cam 14% fuel lobe.
    I still have no idea what to change for fuel lobes and this is the first gen 5 in 4 years for me so to say I?m rusty is an understatement.

    Try increasing your Driver Demand in this area along with adding fuel either by airmass or vve depending if this is happening in steady state or during throttle movement.

    I’ve been having similar looking knock retard, out of nowhere-or so I thought. So I just finished tuning my MAF for a bigger intake tube, did some test runs and the knock still would present itself on some of my pulls, part throttle and WOT. I noticed that my wideband error while driving was off more than I thought it should be. Out of curiosity, since I knew my MAF was pretty well dialed in, I left everything on except for Dynamic Air which I set the min and max to disable it. Guess what, no more knock on any of my WOT pulls and the occasional pothole is the only thing setting the sensors off now. Also I did my best 0-60 time as well. Obviously I need to learn how to tune my vve now. At least I know what I have to do. That’s a good thing. Maybe you can try the same and see if it points you in the same direction? Good luck
