    Unlicensed Vehicle

HP Tuners is saying my vehicle is unlicensed. Ive only used it on 1 PCM, 1 car.

All I did was update the interface and did a write entire with a code modification.

And that type of vehicle would be a what?
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

I'm sorry you're having troubles and we'd love to help you. Have you already opened up a support ticket? If so, do you have your ticket number so that we can review the status? If not, please open a support ticket here: https://support.hptuners.com

Thank you for that, I'll get on it first thing tomorrow. In the meantime try this please.

Delete your license.dat file found in your hptuners-settings folder, this will force the software to rebuild this file the next time you ping your interface and often curse licensing issues such as the one you are seeing.

I deleted the file. Now the license that I had disappeared under the "License Information" tab.

The license was there before even though it said it was unlicensed.

Correct, it will pop up the next time you ping your device for any reason, infolog, read, etc.

BTW the tech assigned to your ticket replied early this morning, I think it may have timed out during his initial reply leaving it in the HPTuners matrix so thank you for bringing it to your attention.

I did receive the email and just replied back.

Last night I did resync the interface and read a tune but the license info never returned

Upon reviewing your ticket you will need to manually update your MPVI2's firmware.

If you have an MPVI1 its likely not the same issue.
