Are you sure you don't have a vacuum leak? Do you have a log file? If so, what do your fuel trims look like while it is trying to idle back down?

You'll have better chances in the gen 3 section, but focus on dialing in your VE, throttle cracker, min air and throttle follower tables. You'll need to play with them to see what they do. Also as pointed out make sure you don't have any other underlying issues.

If fuel trims are rich, so he needs to work on the MAF/VE more. The VE is completely stock still.

I'd lessen the over/underspeed spark correction tables a little more. Have a max around -8 and +8. His idle timing table is low in my opinion too, increase it to around 20-22 degrees instead of 17 degrees.

His cylinder airmass is way off too, so all his fueling calculation are wrong. A 6.0 is like .74590 or something, a 6.2 is not .85211, you didn't make the engine that much larger.

    Who's injectors are installed?
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
