No option for Primary VE to change back to Percent

Whelp, did not want my first post to be something simple like this but oh well. I did a 2 bar OS upgrade and as I was creating the primary VE table I clicked on the units after multiplying part of the table. Now there is no option to change the units back to percent. How do I do this?

Right click anywhere in the table, go to Units - pick anything other than 'Number ()'.
