LSA tune HELP....after failed dyno tune

Any help is greatly appreciated and needed.

Hit a brick wall trying to get the car started after the LSA install. towed the car to a dyno tuner, had my car for a week and did very little, had to have the car towed back home and here i am. pleading for help again.

the tune appears to be rich, when i press the gas pedal she goes lean and nearly dies. she hunts idle at start and seems normal until pedal is pressed.

im still running MAF as my boost is low (staying under 500hp) 6.0L stock, 4l60e trans.

Why wasn't the tuner able to finish it?

The tune looks like is put together well. Did you have mechanical issues that kept the tuner from going further??
