Is there a GM part number for the KS7 or are you just buying based on the "KS7"
I just go by KS7 which is standard motors
I believe the GM is 10456288
Acdelco I believe is 213-324

The 5.0 l30 has a different part number than the 5.7 l31

Thanks, just wanted to clarify. I got (2) 10456288/213-324. In the process of going through my engine again and will be replacing the ones I was using.
Yeah according to GM parts direct and advance auto those are the correct part numbers for the 2002 Express 5.7.
The ks7 is like 30 bucks the ac delco is 60

I'm up to 18 degrees and I'm at 14.5-15 psi. A little more than expected.
I havent seen any real knock event yet. Tuning on 93 at the moment and e85 sooner or later.
Also using the KS7 or Express van sensor

A dyno would really help for that. I wouldn't trust that the knock sensors define the limit. I'm still not sold on 411 swapped LT1's and normally functioning knock sensors.
Seems like all of them miss picking up real knock.

Yeah I'll get back on the dyno sooner or later I'm enjoying street tuning for now. I prob wont up the timing anymore until I get on the dyno
