350 Vortec with Cam Tune problems

Things are getting crazy over here. I got the engine to run pretty good but I ordered the rest of the parts to put my Pro-Flo XT intake on it and stopped tuning until I get the parts.

Ive heard to adapt a LT1 tune for the 350 with the Pro-Flo XT on it but I will see how that goes.

I will be upgrading my MAF to a 5.3 MAF with the IAT sensor in it and wiring it in. What kind of problems can I have form that besides it wont be tuned for my truck?? I figure its just a MAF, Ill be able to tune it.

Pro-Flo XT #7138 with 92mm tb. Ill be installing a corvette style regulator fuel filter at 58psi and 42lb injectors. I want to use the 5.3 MAF so I don't have to make previsions for the IAT sensor on the intake tubing. Ill be cutting the hood and don't want the sensor hanging out there and I don't think its good to put it in the bottom of the pipe.
