Did you fix the VE table after applying the 2 bar OS?

    What MAP sensor uses 200/10.33?

"DBW" but in System Options ETC = 0?

Thread died with no reply after being told that the file has been set to not use DBW.

As long as you have a PCM that has the transistor drivers

That is for using DBC with a P59. All P59s should run a DBW

tried that. when key is cycled it sounds like it calibrating and then nothing.

Did you apply the 2 bar OS to the same file the car ran fine on or some other random file?

More importantly, how long has it had this problem? Because it sounds like it's been longer than the 1.5 years since that last post. The changelogs in the file go back to 2017, and they are all ETC=0 too.

Just to be super clear: ETC is electronic throttle, DBW is electronic. DBC is a physical cable, a wire (no, not that kind of wire, the kind like a bicycle brake cable) that connects the throttle pedal to an arm on the outside of the throttle body.

What is the platform? What's been changed? If it's a swap vehicle what was the donor? Was it originally DBW or DBC?

yes its had this problem for a while. i changed gears on the build and had to re-do the frame and floors and now im back at the motor. when i initially did the swap the car ran great, but with the turbo installed it was very lean. i purchased HP tuners changed injectors and started a tune with changing the operating system and vats and a couple other things. i have switched the ETC to 1 instead of zero. when key is turned on you can hear the throttle blade calibrate but when pressing the pedal nothing happens. doesnt even register on the vcm scanner.

Has the throttle ever worked with this combo of parts?

edit: And since the tune was messed with the first time?

You wouldn't happen to still have the very first tune file you pulled out of it before you started, by any chance?

Did some more digging and comparing. The oldest entry in the changelog is not stock, so it was changed sometime before that log started in 2017. There's so much nonsense changed in the current file over so many revisions, stuff that was changed apparently even after the throttle stopped working, I'm not going to look at this again until you can get a stock file flashed back into the thing.
