I would bet those are lobe center lines not LSA. And that should be easy to tune regardless of the LSA. What is the problem or do people have to keep playing 20 questions with you trying to pry information out of you.

Your control voltage on the ecm is showing 24volts. do you have more than one battery in the vehicle? I was wondering why the load was so high and throttle pedal not acting reading correctly.
