07 classic sierra dbw issue

I have been fighting this problem for days now. I swapped a cammed 5.3/4l80e into a 07 classic gmc sierra. The truck starts and revs two or three times before losing all pedal and going into reduced engine power. I have changed throttle bodys, gas pedal, you name it. On the scanner accelerator pedal % goes to 150% when you floor it. HELPP

Had this issue with a 6.0 swap we did and it ended up being a faulty ground at the drivers side rear head connection was bad
