I have a 2017 Opel Corsa E with the GM Family 0 1.4T engine and E78 ECM.
I'm trying to make the fans to come on after the car is turned off but it seems that the settings have no effects.

With this settings and engine coolant temp at +95?C, nothing happens when ignition is cut.
But my fans do work whenever I have A/C on or when the engine gets too hot.

Have you checked the wiring diagrams to ensure that power to the fan is available with ignition off. Just because the table is there doesn't mean that the rest of the system can use it.

The fan does turn on after i turn the car off, but only after i heat it up real good with aggressive driving.
Mine runs after every shut off as long as I reached my target temp. I'm not sure how I have it set up, but I'll get some info up when I get home in a few hours.

System/Fans/Ignition off -
Run time max - 240 sec
Run time zone - 240 all zones
ECT zone - 207 all zones
ECT zone hi - 248 all zones
Enable ECT A - 207 f
Enable hi ECT - 248 f
Fan % - 52
Fan hi % - 97
