    Compare feature not working

Here is a funny issue. Whenever I try to open another 2020 eco mustang file to compare it to mine, the engine window goes blank. Tried multiple different tune files in several combonations. I can only read the trans or diagnostics or speedo. Has anyone else noticed this?

Have you considered posting the two files you are working with?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Open this file and the try to open it in the compare window(with or without any saved changes) I get a blank screen.
Make changes and then tray to go to the saved changes window and open the base as the compare file and the same thing happens.
Compare feature works fine if using the beta version of the software.

Any thoughts on this? Like I say, it works fine on the beta software but not the stable version.

As I mentioned, the beta worked fine for me as well. It was the stable version that had the blank screen while using the compare feature with the 2020 Ecoboost file. I was looking for anyone else who had the issue with the stable version or if it was just me. Thank you for proving that the Beta version worked but you did not address the original question. Since the 5.0 release has also addressed the problem, this is now a dead issue. Have a nice day.

Your probably using an older version than the compare file was read with

EDIT I SEE YOU TOUCHED ON THE ISSUE, BUT MISSED WHAT HAPPENED
THE COMPARE FILE WAS READ WITH BETA, YOU WERE USING THE STABLE, UNFORTUNATELY YOU CANNOT READ A FILE FROM A NEWER VERSION THAN THE ONE YOUR USING

That makes sense. I cant go back and verify whether or not that was the case but it could very well have been. Thanks

Already stated that but hey it bares repeating I guess. Try this one though. Open the tune file in both the regular and compare file sections, and try to look at the comparison log. Mine will not open even when comparing a modified version to the stock file. The compare log does not appear. Thanx for your time.

Yes I was able to recreate it, did you open a support ticket as I suggested?
