By "Dec," does HPT mean Dec. 1, 23:59:59 of dec. 31, or just some time TBD in Dec.?

    Means hopefully by Dec 31st.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Any word on the upgrade? Going from a mpvi2+ to mpvi3.

I bought my mpvi2+ last Jan and just have not had much time to work on anything, but have been reading and learning all year on the forums here and elsewhere. Finally have some time to do some logging and it would be nice to not have to lug my laptop out every time. I was just going to pay for the upgrade to the pro on my unit but then saw that was going to be an upgrade path to the mpvi3 which has it included. Thought it might make sense for me to just pay whatever the upgrade fee is as opposed to adding pro to my current unit.

Any advice on the future would be helpful for me to better plan.

    Thanks!!

Just to give an update on Upgrades we are going to push back their release a bit and the new tentative target date is Feb 1, 2023.

I've never upgraded before, how does that work, we send the old unit in ? If we do, do we send first, or get the new unit first then return the old? Any idea on approximate cost? Does it vary on what you have? I have a pretty new mvpi2. I purchased this year.

    Thanks,

Bill, what if we already purchased a new 3. Once upgrades are opened, can we ship both then to have them combined? I have MPVI and needed some features of the 3 ASAP. I know there would still be a charge.

Unfortunately we've had to push back the release date again, nothing has been set in stone since last I heard. Sorry.

My MPVI2 has stopped responding, presumably due to a mishap I had with the laptop battery popping out and a probable surge from a power inverter when that happened. Would that unit even qualify for an upgrade now, or would I need to just go ahead and buy a new full price MPVI3 and send the 2 in in order to be able to transfer my licenses? Thanks.
