P59 OS 12593058 FAILS erase, bricks pcm

Just as the title says.
P59 (12576106), OS 12593058, FAILS erasing, and bricks the pcm.
I also had a P59 (12576106) with OS 12579405 do the same thing.
I had 3 in a row do the same thing.
One in the truck, the rest on the bench.
Anyone else having issues?

Just updated software and firmware on my mpvi2 just in case.

Just happened to me as well, same pcm part number.
