Tuner Lock Error after flashing to factory with a GM MDI??

I am getting an e67 ecu setup for a LSA swap car, so I wanted to start with a clean slate. Using a GM MDI tool that I use regularly, I flashed a 2014 Camaro ZL1 file into the ecu.

I them read it with HPT, and when I try to open the file I get a "Tuner Lock Error". How is this possible? And now when I try to read it again, I get the x35 Invalid Key error.

FWIW, I am doing this all on a bench flashing harness.

    Any thoughts?

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Ah dammit. I thought that was just an e38 issue. Thanks Bill
