Thread: Drivers for MPVI3

    Drivers for MPVI3

Are there drivers for the MPVI3 or are we supposed to use the MPVI2+ driver package?

So far, my Win7 tuning laptop is not liking the device.

Anyone have support contact info? I have a $400 paper weight and not getting a response through email ([email protected]) or here.
The QR code on the side of the MPVI3 brings up a phone number that results in a "All circuits are busy now" so I'm hitting a few dead ends.

Looks like Corey replied to the ticket you opened on Saturday and you replied to him this morning and should be able to get you up and running today with the windows 7 specific drivers. Unfortunately with these older versions of windows we have seen some compatibility issues.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    I need Win 7 Driver

Bill, can you or someone advise me on where to get / download the Windows 7 drivers? I've sent two requests to support and still have not got any answer. Can't use this without the drivers.

@Bill, I am having an issue with my MPVI3 connecting to my MS Surface Pro with Windows10. It is already paired on the laptop but when I go to scan or edit, its stating no device available. I know the Bluetooth is working on the laptop as I am also using a Bluetooth mouse with it. Also I know that the MPVI3 Bluetooth is working as it allows me to scan with my Android using TDN.

I have uninstalled it and re-installed it a number of times already, Any ideas?

Why is it required to contact support to get drivers for MPVI3 when using windows 7 or 8? Can it not be linked on the website like the other drivers?

Unfortunately not, there is a very specific set of instructions that must be followed in this case.

It seems Ive got the driver issue as well windows 7 doesnt like the driver package on hp website (what a surprise). Ive put in a request 83701 and from what Im reading the drivers needed may be accessible.hopefully we can get this straightened out. Curious 🧐 would it be better to just update my OS. Will there be any other compatibility issues down the road or bugs due to the older windows OS? If so which system/s seem to work best with the platform? Thanks

Hey I don?t mean to hijack the thread, but having same issue?

I?m using Windows 10, and wondering if the MPVI3 requires special secret drivers too?

Or can I just download them from online somewhere?

Seems like I?m in the same boat. Brand new MPVI3 and can?t get it to play with my Win7 Pro machine. Hoping @Bill@HPTuners can chime in to get me off the ground.

RTD won't read TCM brand new device from Stratified Tuning.

    Ticket number (96120)

    I have windows 10.

Installed everything off HP site, registered RTD but can't read TCM to send to tuner. Suite info is retrievable.

    Any help is appreciated.

Windows 10 and the RTD/MPVI3 work EXTREMELY well together, just install the regular drivers and tune away.

So, by "regular drivers" you mean the MPVI2 Drivers on the site?
