I purchased a 2019 Mustang GT and it came with a HP E85 tune installed on a nGauge digital gauge. I am completely new to this. I have never owned these products and I have literally no knowledge of what I am doing. I would like to get a little more hp out of my car, but I just don't know where to go from here. I believe the previous owner put the stock tune back on the vehicle before trading it in. I need some help installing the E85 tune back on my mustang. I need to make sure it's done correctly. Hopefully someone can steer me in the right direction to get this installed correctly. Here is the info on the different ngGauge screens:

    Powerload E85-REV1.enc...Sat. Aug 22 20:05:26 2020

    VIN: 1FA6P8CF2K5199648

    strategy: KR3A-14C204-BJF

    Tune: POWERLAB E85- REV1

    Locked to VIN/Tuned: (POWERLAB E85- REV1)

Licensed for : HPT level 1

    Device Serial #54855 Index 1

    BIOS: 40 FW:311

Let me know what i need to do from here. Thanks in advance..

Unfortunately the nGauge has been discontinued by its manufacturer
They have closed permanently and no longer offer tech support.
HP Tuners still offers file export for the nGauge, but we do not directly sell, repair or support the device
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
