I have a 98 F-body running on a 411 pcm 12212156 OS 2 bar SD tune. I recently swapped from a 4L60 to a T56. Id like to do a segment swap to try and get things working properly. I cant seem to find a manual tune with that OS. Can anyone help me with a solution? Any vehicles with that OS come with a manual trans?? Not sure where to look.

yeah that is a common OS for 01-02 F-bodies manual and auto.

From the tune Repository all the 2002 f-body M6 tunes have the wrong OS. Or at least one that dosnt match what I need. The one Pluse_GTO shared also does not have the 12212156.

I just clicked the OS icon next to the Engine icon. Maybe I didn?t look in the right spot.

Idk why I would think the OS I was looking for would be under the OS icon. Lol
Stuff in the OS tab is upgrades available to be applied, not what it currently is.
Ok now with that information I have a new issue. So my OS was originally 12212156 however now that I know where to look for the current OS, it has been changed to 2 Bar Speed Density. The OS is appears to be 1251002
I'm assuming that a stock M6 file will not segment swap now and will need a M6 2 bar to perform this? Correct?
I'm really sorry for the confusion guys. Does anyone have a matching 2 bar manual OS that I can use if this is in fact the case.
You need your original file before any custom OS was applied.
Shit that was 10years ago that file computer is long gone unfortunately. Am I just SOL on this deal?
Tell me if this is crazy but at this point should I just licenses a stock 2002 M6 file from the repository and then upgrade it to 2 bar and copy over my current tune to it? Then write entire to the PCM?
or possibly after I licenses a M6 file and upgrade it to 2bar then would the OS match my current one and I could segment swap at that point?
Do you have any copies before you applied the custom OS?
I don?t unfortunately. This cars been 2 bar for 10 years and that file is long gone. Is there a way to remove the custom OS and then reapply it?
How far back does your changelog go?
The only files I have are 2 bar OS. Honestly I?m not sure I ever had the original file licensed to my hptuners, might of had an old friend license it originally and then I only licensed it after it was tuned on 2 bar. So anyway I don?t have access to the original file.
