MPVI3 Standalone Logs Fail to Read

Brand new users. Did search first and didn't hit anything. Just received the unit today. registered, synced, and setup standalone logging.

Manually started and stopped during a few of drives around town. Just tried to read/download the logs. the first 2 downloaded fine and last 2 fail.

    log-0000 192kb good
    log-0001 452kb good
    log-0002 685kb fails
    log-0003 369kb fails

Could it be something I did or does anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks

I found the issue/pattern. If I forget to manually stop logging and shut the car off (not unplugging the MPVI3). Those logs are corrupt even if I stop the log after the car is off. Is this normal?

Would have expected some buffering to prevent this.

    thanks

Hey guys, I also had issues reading a large (1.8 MB) log off my MPVI3. I noticed that if I reconnected the USB, it would make more progress each time. So, I just kept trying a new read after USB re-plugs and eventually (after maybe 4 or 5 attempts) it succeeded, and asked to save the results to an .hpl file.
