    INNOVV K3 dashcam

Does RaceRender 3 support INNOVV K3 motorcycle dashcam video in .TS file format? I tried to drop .ts file in a trial version and it did NOT detect telemetry, just video. I need a definite confirmation (preferably from the developers or someone with first hand experience) before I spend money on paid version of the app.
    Thanks!

Also, is RaceRender product dead? Seems like it hasn't been updated for years.

Got it. This project is DEAD. Telemetry Overlay is the way to go then.
Just one thing I don't understand though - how do you still charge people for something that hasn't been updated for years and has no support whatsoever????

I don't currently see support for .ts files: https://racerender.com/RR3/docs/HowT...r.html#Generic

If there's a way to convert it or export it in a different format, then you could easily use that data. I don't see anything readily available on their forums though, so using their telemetry overlay is probably the route that you would want to take.

As for ongoing support...it has been lacking in an official capacity, but @Weston does show up every now and then to help with specific issues related to the software itself. However, there is already so much customization available that you can do a ton on your own without needing the developers to hold your hand. The Enhanced Object Script Editor (https://racerender.com/RR3/docs/DispObjEnhanced.html) allows you to create nearly anything given enough time, effort, and programming knowledge. I personally enjoy creating videos and try to help others on the forum with interesting gauges or displays in my spare time since I hope to encourage enough usage that HPTuners will continue to support and add more features, but RaceRender already does everything that I need it to do, and for the things that I want it to do, I can modify my input files and Display Objects to work around the limitations. Official support and new features would be nice, but there is no monthly subscription; so I understand that support may be limited.

For display objects and ideas that have been made since the last "official update" see these posts/requests:

A video example of my most recent fastest run in autocross with 2022 F1 style lap list and sectors as well as dashboard gauges:

This one included a little bit of rendering in Davinci Resolve too, but I think it's pretty cool to see all 21 autocross runs compared and mapped on top of each other:

So yes, continuing official support would be really nice, but I've been able to mold it into something that works super well for me even without that support.

Thanks for the reply. I do like flexibility of RaceRender app especially (being software engineer myself with 3 decades of experience, since C/C++ era ) Enhanced Object Script Editor feature.
The main issue I see is that RR3 does not recognize INNOVV telemetry data format and it looks like (without active development) it never will. The workaround at this moment is to use Dashcam Viewer application to extract GPS data from INNOVV video and then use it in RR3. But then I'll have to buy both (Dashcam Viewer and RR3) to make it work.
Now, there is the Telemetry Overlay application (https://goprotelemetryextractor.com/...-video-sensors) which does it all in one place. It is more expensive than RR3, but when you add Dashcam Viewer price to RR3, it does not look that bad. But the price is not the most important factor here. Telemetry Overlay is in active development and replies to emails pretty quick. So, this and a general concern of spending money on something that will never get updated (essentially, dead project) in the future (technologies evolve very fast these days!) make me lean towards Telemetry Overlay app.
    Thanks anyway!
