I don't currently see support for .ts files:
https://racerender.com/RR3/docs/HowT...r.html#Generic
If there's a way to convert it or export it in a different format, then you could easily use that data. I don't see anything readily available on their forums though, so using their telemetry overlay is probably the route that you would want to take.
As for ongoing support...it has been lacking in an official capacity, but @Weston does show up every now and then to help with specific issues related to the software itself. However, there is already so much customization available that you can do a ton on your own without needing the developers to hold your hand. The Enhanced Object Script Editor (
https://racerender.com/RR3/docs/DispObjEnhanced.html) allows you to create nearly anything given enough time, effort, and programming knowledge. I personally enjoy creating videos and try to help others on the forum with interesting gauges or displays in my spare time since I hope to encourage enough usage that HPTuners will continue to support and add more features, but RaceRender already does everything that I need it to do, and for the things that I want it to do, I can modify my input files and Display Objects to work around the limitations. Official support and new features would be nice, but there is no monthly subscription; so I understand that support may be limited.
For display objects and ideas that have been made since the last "official update" see these posts/requests:

A video example of my most recent fastest run in autocross with 2022 F1 style lap list and sectors as well as dashboard gauges:
This one included a little bit of rendering in Davinci Resolve too, but I think it's pretty cool to see all 21 autocross runs compared and mapped on top of each other:
So yes, continuing official support would be really nice, but I've been able to mold it into something that works super well for me even without that support.
