Hopefully someone can help me here. Just had my truck tuned using EFI Live. This is the third tune and each other time I was able to pull and read the tune. Now I am not able to. We are trying to chase down a misfire issue. The read icon is no longer colored in. I also cannot see my licenses. What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
