6.0 Powerstroke VGT Duty cycle in tow tunes

    Hi all,

I have checked out a few different towing tunes and noticed the VGT duty cycle is stock. Wouldn't it make sense to have the veins closed on the low end up until around 1600 and ramp down from there? Not only that, but VGT should be open more than the pre-defined .4+ at RPMS exceeding 3600.

Also, I know a lot of this is trial and error but I haven't seen a good example of modifying VGT control minus the guys who want to tune the whistle out at idle <725rpm. If anyone has experience with fine tuning this, I would be glad to hear what you think works the best.

Never mind, I just tried controlling VGT/EBP and it works but up to 1600 rpm is hilarously aggressive coming off of stop signs and cruising around with a 3.7 final drive, you're in boost the whole time.
