Need help, Lost stock tune file!!

I have a 2017 F150 5.0, I'm running a custom tune and that tune is LOCKED, all I can do is write the file. My old PC crashed where I had my stock read file saved. What are my options for getting my stock file or a stock file for my truck? I did see 1 file in the repository, can I modify it for my truck?

I emailed the tuning company and they found my file after I gave them my device serial number! So I lucked out there!
