2017 Ford 6.7 Power Stroke

Anyone out there have a connection or know of someone that could build a bench harness and tune an ECU to run an engine on dyno or in my case say a roll over truck I purchased for parts without a key? I have a dealership that has started building and parting out 2017 and newer trucks. It would be nice to be able to run the engines in some of the trucks that come with out keys. Would also be very helpful in trouble shooting some of the flood damaged or fire damaged ones.

We have built a few. you have to program pcm for unlimited key mode and use a manual strategy..
