    No throttle

    I have 5.7 cam heads. Swapped into a durango with 8 speed. Sometimes I?m driving and testing and the throttle will stop working. I pull over shut it off and start it again then it works fine again.

    Had similar problem with 6.1 Swap . PCM was for Automatic but had installed a manual trans. To run engine I manually activated the P/N wire to PCM. In "park" engine limited to 4000 rpm. In "drive" - my switch open - engine would increase past 4000 rpm BUT if PCM did NOT receive proper signals from transmission within 15 seconds - throttle would "de-activate ".

    So I expect you PCM is not getting proper signals from transmission.
