Trans guys?? NAG 5 speed trans wont shift after 3k stall converter installed

Customer dropped off 2014 Charger 5.7L hemi for a cam and 3000 stall converter installed.
Car is a 14 Charger AWD and has been tuned and modified by another shop before hand.

Now it's over at our shop for cam and stall. After work completed and ECU been tuned, the car will not shift beyond 2nd gear, this is in auto or man mode.
Then after attempting shifting into 3rd throws a P1731 code.
Also throwing a hard U110B Trans code. Cannot find anything physically wrong.

Need to confirm if there is anything in the tune causing these issues before it goes to a specified trans shop for review.

Unfortunately I didn't drive the car before we did the work, so cannot verify it was shifting properly before hand, but I assume it was...
lesson to all, drive vehicle before work completed... my lesson learned.

SO,, Possible input speed issue in the tune? Pressure issue?
Lock up feature turned off until 5th gear.

Tune uploaded, guys that have tuned these trans before with stalls, let me know if I'm missing something.

    thx

Update. Re-flashed with raising the limp off set under Trans General, still will not shift into 3rd gear and throwing P1731 Code.

compare this one, make changes. Your limp mode offset is 500, raise to 1500

Thx. I'll do so. I did make the change yesterday morning raising the Limp mode higher.

Attempted a tweaked tune based off your successful trans tune, still has issues, looks to be a mechanical issue.
Thanks for sharing your file !

Just checking in with everyone. The car is shifting normally, turned out to be a faulty valve body. Turns out was already on its way out, and with the converter swap it failed, new valve body installed, the trans performs great.
