Just went back to one of my own old logs, mine does .68g cylair at 2000 RPM and 50% throttle. You aren't lying when you say it's not running great.

Converter won't make it pull only .68g cylinder airmass (my stock cam 5.3 has seen as high as .88g, about 380HP) and make the MAP fall off by 6-7kPa...

That is very possible. Ive got 4 customers with Chicago torque converters with issues. 2 of them wont lockup. Swapped them with Circle D converters...

Do you have any misfires? Sometimes PCM can detect misfires and unlock converter but not throw a code. As a test you can disable misfire...

Best to have the computer flashed with a stock file at a dealership or using a GM tool and SPS. Using HP Tuners to flash a new ECM is not a good...

I put Bosch part number 15150 02 sensors on it. I know they were for flex fuel but they may be the same
