What was the result after installing a new tps? I have a similar tps readings using the OBD Fusion app. I also have a BBK 62mm TB installed.

Give this a try. If it works, just do a comparison to see the changes.

3.58 isnt a normal GM gear. its 3.42s or 3.73s. I see some skewed numbers in the tune as well.

Was the injector data set up for 65psi? Not that it would make it run lean, but the standard injector would not be correct for 65psi.
