Easy!
Take it easy with a turbo setup and tuning when super new to the system and tuning.
Best is to start with something simple
Thanks for the theoretical crap that doesn't matter.
What?
That is not enough info to figure out why the idle is high, however there is absolutely no way the turbos are increasing airflow at idle. Not possible.
If I had to guess I would say you have a...
So read some guides and do some research.....
Download virtual dyno.
that can then use your logs and turn it into a dyno graph. Assuming you do your runs on the same bit of road it works out very good for comparison when tuning.
When you say swapped to 3 Bar os, did you upgrade your os or flash in a different file from the repository? If
No, I meant to say the input already exists to read the frequency which represents the ethanol content. So there is a pwm input. It wouldn't be unreasoble to think it's possiblr that the ecu could...
The computer does have it, it can take the ethanol content input which is the frequency part of the signal, the temp is the pulse width.
Nope, but if you really want to do it you can with an arduino, then output a 0to5v signal to log that.
Way to derail thread with shit. Start another and ramble away there.
Try pulling timing to get it on boost when doing your pseudo trans brake trial
What do you mean downloading a tune? Did you write a random tune from the repository?
As above.
I would say knowing how to tune dedicated standalone Ecu's really does screw you over when you then learn to tune factory Ecu's. There are so many limitations and differences it can be...
HI,
is ther a way to save all of the user math parameters simply, like when saving all charts.
from what i can tell you have to click on each parameter, then save it. then to load them on a new...
defintely interested in this. Especially as in Aus we dont have 4L80e around
Turning off pe is not the correct way to do it. That was a bodge if you didn't have a wideband. Problem with the internet is it never disappears. Just use afr error against wideband and tune away.
There would be no way that there will be an official way to get back to a previous firmware. So don't count on it. Learn to love the new software!
Just curious is this firmware upgrade linked to a newer software update or the latest beta?
Haha ha. Good luck man.
apparently another way to cheat it rather than adjust the throttle sensor is to increase the max tps voltage ( TPS high Fail) in engine diagnostics section
Check tps voltage with a multi meter. If it goes above a certain value it will drop out of pe. Throttle position in the scanner will still show 100%. I think it was 4.5 v but can't remember as it was...
That should be check tps voltage at wot.
Because that doesn't ask for more credits......
