What does zero line pressure do?

I have a 03 ss silverado with stage 2 heads, 224/558/114 cam, headers and no cats. Thinking the rpm limit should be 6300 and shift points on trans should be 6k is this about right.

I am changing to 30# injectors with the heads and cam install. I havn't recieved my hptuners yet it has been 8 days now, how long does it take. Thanks Tony
