Yeah I need that table also. Adjust it to 130% to run in the 11.50 index :)
Don't know about everybody but gas prices have me driving much less. I still try and tune every available trip I make in the truck but usually traveling smaller distances.
It sure would be nice...
Half your Min. Injector Pulse and Default injector pulse table. The major difference I see between your tune and my 60# Mototron tune. I can go super lean with VE changes. IFR table is 67 something....
On its way. Thanks Bill.
Guys,
I will be swapping my current 4l60e transmission to a 4l80e. Obviously I will need an OS with the 4l80e segment. I am running the HPT 2Bar OS. How do I go about getting it done?
I'll let Trever1t chime in but had to chuckle a bit with your well founded questions Russ.
Trever went 11.60's last weekend at the track. The general answer to your questions would be everything...
Old thread.... I just did a learn on mine. I'm with some of the other posters. There is nada indication that the procedure was completed successfully. Rev it to the limiter.... get off the...
I spent a little time looking at your tune. Injector offset vs Voltage appears to be for stock 6.0L injectors in the normal operating voltages. Could try that. May be a good idea to log your...
The walbro pumps whine. Normal. Glad you got it going your way now.
Gotcha. Probably the most screwed up scan I have ever seen. Not that I've seen hundreds. No doubt something is wrong. My 2 cents is that its not tune related at this point. Something mechanical or...
Volts dropping to zero. Ignition voltage? Can't drive injectors with no voltage.
14.7 should be the goal when not in PE. Don't know where you are getting the 13.1. Been a long time since reading the help file but don't remember it saying that. Don't tune for 13:1 when not in PE....
Just sent you a log and config from my FLT days. No example of a 1-2 6300 rpm shift but couple @ 5800. I saw about 250 rpm slip @ 5800. Again mine was vacuum modulated and do think it shifted much...
Yes slip. I'll look at some of my old logs tonight to see what mine was doing on a WOT 1-2 shift as far as slip reported.
No hope for a clear diagnosis. I don't know where HPT gets its input shaft data but there is not a sensor on the input shaft in the 4l60/65's. Only a sensor on the output shaft. So its RPM of engine...
I fell into this trap once. There is a PID for torque converter slip. Problem is there is only one speed sensor in the 4l60E. You cannot determine torque convert slip or trans slip. It's all logged...
My BCM codes have not gone away for over a year. Earlier version of HPT didn't report them I don't think.
Agreed. If you have 3 buddies handy.
With the serial adapter plugged in follow the instructions in the VCM Scanner help file. I searched serial port settings then in "The interface is not found or is not responding"
Well with the serial interface I had it was important to set the baud correctly for the serial port it was connected to. The laptop I used then didn't even have a serial port and bought a USB to...
I reported on this issue a long while back. Nice looking down at 8 psi of boost and still commanding the WRONG AFR.

Anytime I've connection issues, which is rare, Its always been on the laptop side of things.
Forget it.
Yeah, didn't comment on that since its a vette and didn't know what timing they will do. I know my 5400lb pig wouldn't like 42* timing ever. :)
